THE YOUTH GROUP is also involved in several missions and ministries. Our students have been regular participants in missions work in San Quintin, Mexico and have worked with one of our missionaries, Scott Menez, in Paskenta (a very small town in northern California) focusing on ministry to the local children. Each Summer, a number of our students are involved in camp counseling at Koinonia for their Kid's and Jr High camp programs. Also we serve at the Bay Area Rescue Mission once per month, sponsor a child through Compassion International, sponsor a Pastor and his family in Nigeria (a country where Christians are persecuted) through Voice of the Martyrs and we look forward to being able to do more as God allows. www.theyouthgroup.info

We would like to be able to address it in various ways and one is to be able to help women become independent financially with a better career than say the strawberry fields for $10 a day.
